Multi Party Computation Attacks

Vulnerability

Multi-party computation attacks represent systemic risks where malicious actors target the threshold secret-sharing protocols underlying distributed custody and decentralized finance systems. By compromising a sufficient number of participating nodes or signing shards, an attacker gains the ability to forge signatures or drain collateral from institutional-grade cryptocurrency vaults. Such breaches undermine the cryptographic guarantees that protect high-frequency trading platforms and automated market makers against unauthorized fund movement.
