Protocol Governance Models

Model

Protocol governance models define the rules and processes by which decentralized applications and blockchain networks are managed and updated. These models vary widely, ranging from direct democracy where every token holder votes on every proposal to more complex systems involving delegated voting or multi-signature committees. The model dictates how changes to the protocol’s code or parameters are implemented.
