## Neutral Strategy

A neutral strategy in options trading is designed to profit when the underlying asset price remains within a specific range or does not move significantly in either direction. These strategies, such as iron condors or straddles, often involve selling options to collect premiums.

The goal is to benefit from the passage of time (theta decay) or a decrease in implied volatility. In the cryptocurrency market, neutral strategies are popular during periods of low market activity or consolidation.

However, they carry the risk of significant losses if the asset price makes a sudden, large move outside the expected range. Traders must carefully manage their deltas to maintain the neutral profile of the trade.
