## Concentrated Liquidity

Concentrated liquidity is a model used in modern decentralized exchanges that allows liquidity providers to allocate their capital within specific price ranges. Instead of providing liquidity across the entire price spectrum, providers focus their funds where they expect the most trading activity.

This significantly increases capital efficiency and generates higher fee revenue for the provider. However, it also exposes the provider to greater risk if the asset price moves outside their selected range, at which point their position becomes inactive.

This model requires more active management and a deeper understanding of market trends compared to traditional constant-product models. It is a fundamental shift in how liquidity is provisioned in the crypto ecosystem.
