Put Ratio Backspread

Strategy

This is a non-directional options trade constructed by selling a lower-strike put option and simultaneously buying a higher-strike put option, typically in a one-by-two ratio. The net result is a strategy that profits if the underlying asset price remains above the short strike at expiration, often generating a small net credit or debit. It is employed when a trader anticipates moderate upward movement or stability in the crypto asset.
