Flash Loan Attack

Attack

A flash loan attack is a type of economic exploit where an attacker borrows a large amount of capital without collateral, manipulates the price of an asset in a decentralized exchange, and repays the loan within the same blockchain transaction. This attack vector leverages the atomic nature of blockchain transactions to execute complex arbitrage or manipulation strategies that would be impossible in traditional finance. The attacker profits from the price discrepancy created during the manipulation phase.
