Cross-Greeks

Correlation

Cross-Greeks represent the second-order partial derivatives of an option’s price with respect to two different underlying variables. This contrasts with standard Greeks, which measure sensitivity to a single variable in isolation. In practice, cross-Greeks quantify how the sensitivity to one factor, such as underlying price movement (Delta), changes when another factor, like volatility (Vega), shifts. This interconnectedness is particularly pronounced in cryptocurrency markets due to their high volatility and complex market microstructure.
